Individually manufactured Porsche space cams

We have the ability to digitize and reproduce existing Porsche space cams. In the processing step, the injection characteristic map can be changed individually. In practice an injection pump is delivered, we pick up the existing characteristic map and change single points, e.g. using an exhaust diagram. We have a library of all space cams built by Porsche, as a template for reproduction.

Individual engine tuning for historic Porsche models

We offer individual engine tuning by developing a characteristic map for historic Porsche racing and sports engines with the masterpump. In this case, we install our MASTERPUMP on the engine to be tuned and specify the characteristic map on our test bench or on the race track. The masterpump can be operated with an electronic control unit. The injection rate can be perfectly adapted to any operating mode. With this information, in a complex process a space cam is produced and mounted in the injection pump, which operates on the engine. Adjustments on the performance test bench is essential for racing engines to exploit the existing potential. We use the performance test bench of VGS-Motorsport also known as Viktor Günther in Cologne.
